Become a volunteer of the large-scale international RUSSIA EXPO
The start of the campaign to accept applications for volunteers of the International RUSSIA EXPO has been announced.
The International RUSSIA EXPO will be opened on November 4, 2023 at the Exposition of National Economic Achievements (VDNH) and will last until April 12, 2024.
The exposition is held to demonstrate Russia’s most important achievements in various sectors of the economy, including industry, energy, agricultural complex, transportation, construction, science and culture, positive experience in the development of the country’s regions, and promotion of further international cooperation.
The participants of the International RUSSIA EXPO will be constituent entities of the Russian Federation, federal executive authorities, major corporations, public organizations and foreign countries.
Cultural, entertainment, educational and business programs are planned for the entire period of the Exposition. The exposition will become a platform for the country’s largest events.
More than 5000 young people from different cities of Russia will be involved as volunteers to help organize and hold the Exposition.
Volunteers will work with Russian and international delegations, provide interaction with distinguished guests and the media, assist in the exposition and business program, during ceremonies and various events, provide navigation and support at all major venues.
Volunteers who have passed all stages of selection and training will be offered an extensive motivational program, their volunteering hours will be verified in the EVB (Electronic Volunteer Book). Volunteers will be provided with uniforms, stylish and comfortable merchandise and meals.
Volunteers living in the Moscow region are invited to work for at least 24 shifts, from other regions of Russia — at least 10 shifts (travel and accommodation expenses will be covered for non-resident volunteers).
Criteria for volunteer selection are following: over 18 years of age, interest in event volunteering, high level of motivation, communication and teamwork skills.
