Wedding, star concert and tastings: ATOM pavilion invites to the National Achievements Forum: Energy Sector
The National Achievements Forum: Energy Sector will be held
at the RUSSIA EXPO on February 20. The main point of attraction will be the
ATOM pavilion.
It will be possible to witness the triumph of love of 16 couples of nuclear industry workers from 10 cities of Russia - from Moscow to Murmansk - at the solemn wedding ceremony in the foyer of the pavilion at 14:00. The newlyweds will be given a tour of the pavilion, presented with memorable gifts from the organizers, and the evening will end with a romantic dinner at the restaurant on the top floor of the pavilion.
On this day the ATOM pavilion can also be visited with
unusual author's excursions. One of them will be conducted by Alexander
Koldobsky, a veteran of nuclear power engineering and industry. Participation
is free of charge upon preliminary registration.
Leading
specialists of the nuclear industry will give lectures on the following
subjects: "Coming to IT. Path from an Economist to an IT Specialist
at Nuclear Power Plants" and "Nuclear Energy. Modern Achievements and
New Horizons".
The
Laboratory of the ATOM Pavilion will host an author's masterclass
"Manifestation of Energy in the World" by Maxim Vyalkov, a young
scientist of the National Center of Physics and Mathematics, for children from
12 years old and their parents. There will also be a masterclass
"Interplanetary Journey: Types of Energy" for children of 6-9 years
old and a quiz "ATOM-quiz. Energy 2.0."
During the
day, guests of the pavilion will be offered warming "atomic drinks"
from Rosatom. Having correctly answered the intellectual question,
visitors will be able to treat themselves to the favorite drinks of great
scientists and learn interesting historical and scientific facts from their
lives.
From 15:00
on the Main Street Stage a concert program with the participation of Russian
pop stars and bands of energy companies will begin. The concert will be
attended by the international children's creative project Nuclear Kids, in
which children of employees of the Russian nuclear industry and foreign
partners of ROSATOM perform.
The event
is organized by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and
the Arctic, with support from Norilsk Nickel PJSC and the Rosatom State
Corporation.

The
National Centre RUSSIA operates from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 22:00.
