Cheeses from all over the world and Siberian wild fruits: how the Farmers Fair will surprise you this week
Farmers from all over the country will present their products at the RUSSIA EXPO from April 2 to 7 in Pavilion 48. Guests will be able to taste delicious game and sausages, as well as dried fish. While cheese connoisseurs will enjoy a unique cheese collection based on world recipes.
The Belgorod region will once again present its unique artisan cheeses made of cow and goat milk with natural cheese crust. The
product matures in the natural cellars of the cheese factory and in the chalk
cellars of the Kholkovsky male Holy Trinity Monastery. Therefore, it can boast
natural flavor and the highest quality.
The Leningrad region will be represented by a small family
cheese factory. The cheeses are made by hand from whole milk and starter
consisting of live bacteria and a small amount of salt. The assortment includes
semi-hard and hard cheeses, homemade soft cheese, and sweet cheeses.
The participant from the Bryansk region will present a
collection of cheese flavors from different countries: Holland, Italy, France,
England, Greece and Georgia. By the way, the brand's products are honored with
prestigious awards "The Best Cheese of Russia". The guests will be
able to taste hard and soft cheeses from cow and goat milk.
In addition, visitors will be able to taste products made of
wild fruits, berries and mushrooms collected in ecologically clean corners of
Siberia.
In the period from April 2 to 7, 2024 at the Farmers Fair in
Pavilion 48, a participant from the Moscow region will present its products
under the brand name "Aromas of Taiga". In addition to the usual dried
mushrooms and berries, there is a unique mushroom flour, as well as unusual
cedar products - incredibly tasty and healthy.
