A real feast awaits guests at the Farmers Fair in Pavilion 48 from April 16 to 24, where you will find an updated assortment. Here you can taste sausages, venison and dried fish, as well as a variety of cheeses and products from wild fruits presented by participants from all over the country: from the Komi Republic to the Moscow region.

Anyone who is partial to salted fish should try red salmon yukola from a Moscow region brand. It is incredibly tasty dried meat, which preserves all the useful properties of fresh fish. Drying red salmon yukola is a painstaking process: the cleaned fish is separated along the backbone, carefully extract it, and also separate all the bones. Then incisions are made on the fish and it is hung on ropes in a special ventilated chamber. The result is incredibly tasty and tender meat with a unique flavor.

The Republic of Komi brought meat delicacies made of venison. The region boasts vast experience in reindeer breeding, as well as in meat production and processing. And the assortment of dozens of delicious meat products, which have already managed to win the love of local residents and have become one of the favorite gifts from Komi for guests of the republic.

The Moscow region presents products from wild fruits: mushrooms and berries collected in ecologically clean corners of Siberia. The Tomsk region also brought natural products from wild and garden berries, mushrooms, pine nuts and medicinal herbs. There are juices and nectars, morses, fresh and dried berries, preserves, jams, sauces, smoothies, desserts and unique "Cedar milk". The products are enriched with pectin and vitamins, they are not only tasty, but also incredibly useful.

We would like to remind you that these participants will present their products up to and including April 24. And on April 25 and 26, the fair will be unavailable to guests due to repairs. You will be able to enjoy farm products from all over the country again on April 27.
