Every day the RUSSIA EXPO hosts exciting events for the whole family. On April 7, everyone will be able to have an active time visiting the Day of the Russian Swimming Federation, learn about professions in the hospitality industry and meet their favorite writers. Below we will tell you how to spend the day at the RUSSIA EXPO.

All-Russian campaign "Be Healthy!"

A masterclass with athletes will be held as part of the campaign, timed to coincide with World Health Day. Medical volunteers and "Team Stellar Troopers" will help to spend the morning in a healthy and active tempo.

Fencing Masterclass

Olympic fencing champion Timur Safin will hold a sports masterclass at the "Target" booth. Visitors will be able to pick up a rapier and learn basic techniques.

Festival of Professions

This time at the Festival of Professions, the hospitality industry professions are presented again. Vocational experts from the Republic of Karelia and the Murmansk region will make presentations of the in-demand specialties, and entrepreneurs from Sakhalin will share their experience of creating a business in the gastronomy industry. The program includes masterclasses, traditional Karelian tea, business games and a drawing of certificates to a hotel on the shores of the Barents Sea.

Day of the Russian Swimming Federation

The Day program promises guests a lot of exciting activities. Everyone will be able to take part in an unusual "Sea Battle" exercise with the participation of famous athletes, as well as to attend meetings and autograph sessions with swimming stars: Alexander Krasnykh, Kliment Kolesnikov, Vladimir Predkin and others.

Runet Day. Educational program

A large educational program awaits visitors as part of Runet Day. The program includes lectures for adults and children about cyber security, current professions, design and much more.

At culinary masterclasses, visitors will learn recipes for soup with stewed elk meat, Don fish okroshka with dried smoked bream, shulen, Pomor soup and other national soups.

Work out with a sports blogger

Two unique dynamic exercises will be conducted by popular blogger, triathlete and ultramarathoner Anastasia Tukmacheva. She will also answer questions about sports, competitions, tell how an athlete can develop a personal brand and social networks. And, of course, she will share her energy, good mood and personal experience.

Meeting with writer Maria Semyonova, presentation of her new novel

Maria Semyonova is the founder of the Slavic fantasy genre, the author of the famous novels about Wolfhound of the Gray Dogs, the encyclopedia "We are Slavs" and detective works. At the meeting she will present the third novel from the "Brothers" saga and answer visitors' questions.

Concert of the choir "Gaudeamus" of Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

The choir's repertoire includes Russian and foreign classics, works by modern composers, folk songs of the countries of the world. At the concert they will perform their best pieces and immerse the audience in the magical world of music.

Darya Dontsova's creative evening: 25 Years in the profession

At the meeting with readers and fans the writer will speak about the beginning of her creative path and the history of 25 years of cooperation with the publishing house "Eksmo". Also, Darya Dontsova will share her creative plans, talk about working with cancer patients, lectures that she holds in the Sretensky Convent, about the program of assistance in the Marfo-Mariinsky Monastery and much more.
