Uvarovo residents told about the achievements their region can be proud of
Voting for the best regional projects continues on the "Achievements.RF" website. The Tambov region has submitted 19 nominees.
It is up to the residents themselves to decide which project of the Tambov region will be the best. After all, it is they who can fully assess the government’s initiatives. The residents of the Tambov region are certain that they have a lot to be proud of. This is the improvement of public areas, and successes in the field of agriculture.
"Tambov region is an agrarian region, a lot of attention is paid to the development of agriculture here, so it is not surprising that we have the greatest number of achievements in the agro-industrial complex. My husband works in a large farm, and I know how crops grow from year to year, what powerful equipment comes to the fields", — says Olga Kuldoshina.
Residents also note the bright cultural projects: the work of museum complexes, the establishment of new cinemas, the emergence of cultural institutions in rural areas, and, of course, Tambov festivals that resound throughout the country. The unique festival of ethnic sports "Ataman’s fists", festivals "Cadet Symphony" and "Shushpanskaya pike", the Festival named after Sergeev-Tsensky and the Tambov Festival of the Arts. Sergeyev-Tsensky Festival and the Rachmaninov Music Festival were included in the list of the region’s greatest achievements on the "Achievements.RF" portal.
"A huge achievement is model libraries, which are becoming a center of attraction for people of all ages", — Tatiana Nikonova emphasized.
Uvarovo residents also noted the city’s improvement: well-maintained courtyard areas, new parks and squares.
