Laureates of the People’s Front’s "Everything for Victory!" award honoured at the National Centre RUSSIA
On 13 July, the People's Front Forum "Everything for Victory!" opened at the National Centre RUSSIA. As part of the event,
outstanding volunteers who had performed exceptional acts and made a
significant contribution to supporting participants in the special military
operation and civilians were honoured.
President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin addressed
the forum participants. He congratulated the All-Russian People's Front on its
15th anniversary and wished its members continued success in serving the people
and the country.
"Throughout these 15 years, you have always been at the
forefront of the issues facing the country. You manage to identify the points
that need attention in order to provide help to specific people, which
ultimately means helping the entire country and the entire Russian state. This
feedback from people is extremely important for every level of government and
for the country as a whole. After all, as far as I know, you currently have 552
presidential instructions under your supervision... <…> And these
instructions do not come from nowhere — they come from people, from their
problems, from what they face and what they try to overcome in life. These
instructions come from here," said Vladimir Putin.
During the forum, the President presented awards to the
winners of the special "Everything for Victory!" nomination,
recognising their courage, selflessness and compassion. The awards were
presented to Anatoly Vasilchenko and Viktor Taraskin, who helped students living
in a dormitory in Starobelsk following a terrorist strike by the Armed Forces
of Ukraine; Shamil Ustarbekov, who rescued people during flooding in Dagestan;
and the Pozhyarskas family from the Amur Region, who organised a volunteer
group to support participants in the special military operation.
The award in the "Everyday Heroes" nomination was
presented by First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office
of the Russian Federation Sergei Kiriyenko to Ildar Rakhmatulov, who organised
emergency repair teams during the state of emergency in the Murmansk Region in
January and February 2026 to restore electricity supplies in Murmansk and Severomorsk
under extremely difficult weather conditions.
"Everyone standing on this stage today holding an award
has a peaceful profession. Danger is not part of the work of any of the heroes
standing here. Yet life is such that, at some point, it presents everyone with
a choice. Thank you for showing by your example that people are not born
heroes, nor do they prepare specifically to become one. It is a choice that a
person makes at a decisive moment in life. And when that choice is made not in
favour of personal interests, personal safety or even one's own life, but in
favour of other people — when your actions show that you are prepared to risk
your own life — that is precisely what our President called the 'gene of
winners' that runs through the blood of the people and citizens of
Russia," said Sergei Kiriyenko.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana
Golikova presented the award in the "Rehabilitation of Special Military
Operation Veterans" nomination to Dmitry Pavlenko. After losing all four
limbs, he became a certified diver and now develops inclusive programmes,
helping special military operation veterans and people with disabilities
undergo rehabilitation through sport, tourism and social initiatives.
"These are truly remarkable people. They help those lads
who have returned from the front line begin a new chapter in their lives,
receive medical and psychological support, and find employment. Most
importantly, they give a part of themselves, a part of their hearts, and remain
by people's side for as long as they are needed. That kind of support is
perhaps the most important thing both for them and for us as a society. Because
if a person is capable of compassion and helping others, then they are truly
whole. Our country is made up of such people — they are the ones who build it
and the ones who achieve victory," said the Deputy Prime Minister.
Antonina Kozlova won the "Humanitarian Mission"
nomination. A general practitioner, she combines assistance to military
personnel with work in emergency response operations by organising the
collection and delivery of humanitarian aid, taking part in rescue operations,
evacuating residents and setting up temporary accommodation centres. The award
was presented by Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA Natalia
Virtuozova.
"The National Centre RUSSIA was established by our
President, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, as a place of pride. This is not the
first time the People's Front has held its events here. Every time you come to
us, you remind us of what matters most: the greatest pride of our country is
its people. Thank you for showing through your example what it means to have a
generous heart, to care for others, and to truly love your homeland — both your
small homeland and our great homeland, our beloved Russia," Natalia
Virtuozova told the forum participants.
The Fadeyev family received the award in the "Together
Towards Victory!" nomination for bringing together thousands of people and
creating an extensive support network for service personnel. In the
"Public Servants for the Front" nomination, Sergei Chirkov was
recognised for the Social Fund's significant contribution to fundraising for
military personnel. The "Special Military Operation Volunteer" award
went to Tamara Temlyakova, a pensioner who uses her own money to purchase
vehicles and supplies for service personnel and personally visits them,
bringing warm words and poetry. Kirill Kleymenov won the "Information
Front" nomination for his truthful coverage of events. Eduard Sovetkin was
recognised in the "Business for the Front" nomination for supporting
transport and financing. In the "Everything for Russia!" nomination,
Maksim Yeremenko received the award for developing intelligent digital
solutions that speed up the processing of requests and help people receive
support more quickly.
"Today, people who help the front every single day have
gathered here. Over the past four years, the People's Front, together with
millions of caring citizens, has delivered assistance worth more than 69 billion
roubles to our military units. This forum provides an opportunity to
demonstrate how large and diverse the 'Everything for Victory!' team has
become. Standing here side by side are engineers from the "Kulibin Club"
developing new technologies for the front, medical professionals teaching
tactical medicine, dentists who use 3D printers directly on the front line to
restore service personnel's quality of life, humanitarian mission volunteers,
industrialists, volunteers and veterans. Each has their own area of work, but
they are all united by one goal — the desire to be of service to the
country," added Mikhail Kuznetsov, Head of the Executive Committee of the
People's Front.
The People's Front Forum is dedicated to the fourth
anniversary of its work under the slogan "Everything for Victory!".
In the summer of 2022, the People's Front launched this large-scale initiative,
bringing together millions of people across the country to support participants
in the special military operation and civilians in the historical and border
regions. Since then, more than 150 fundraising campaigns have been organised,
and essential equipment, vehicles and supplies have been delivered to more than
510 military units.
The forum brought together volunteers, representatives of the
People's Front and People's Regiments, military medics, public figures, opinion
leaders, experts and journalists helping to unite people in support of the
front. The event is also attended by individuals who have performed heroic acts
in civilian life, representatives of businesses and major companies providing
substantial assistance to participants in the special military operation and
contributing to the country's development, as well as employees of federal
executive authorities jointly implementing large-scale humanitarian
initiatives.
