The winners of the I All-Russian Contest "Entrance Steles of Municipalities and Entrance Groups of Public Spaces" were announced at the National Centre RUSSIA
On March
14, the National Centre RUSSIA hosted the forum "Entrance Steles: Symbols
of Identity and Hospitality of Municipalities," which concluded with the
awards ceremony for the winners of the "Entrance Steles of Municipalities
and Entrance Groups of Public Spaces" competition.
From
October to December 2024, with the support of the Russian Ministry of
Construction, VARMSU, the Association for Territorial Development, and the
Institute for Local Community Development, the First All-Russian Competition
"Entrance Steles of Municipalities and Entrance Groups of Public
Spaces" was held.
A total of
536 applications were submitted, and more than 2 million people participated in
the voting. In parallel, from November 1, 2024, to February 15, 2025, the
remote stage of the II All-Russian Youth Project Competition "My Entrance
Group" took place, receiving more than 1,500 applications.

Satka, Chelyabinsk region (certificate for the development and installation of
a new entrance group for a public space).
2nd place —
Kirov, Kirov region (certificate worth 200,000 rubles).
3rd place —
Vedensky municipal district, Chechen Republic (certificate for the development
of an entrance group concept).

Gudermes municipal district, Chechen Republic (certificate for the development
and installation of a new entrance group).
2nd place —
Tambov urban district, Tambov region (certificate for the design of an art
object for May 9 celebrations).

Tuymazy urban settlement, Republic of Bashkortostan (certificate for the
development of a new entrance stele concept).
The winners
of the Second All-Russian Youth Project Competition "My Entrance
Group" were also honored as part of the forum.
Immediately
after the award ceremony, a workshop on "Territory Planning and
Design" was held by leading specialists from the Moscow Humanities and
Technology University — Moscow Institute of Architecture and Construction
(MGTU-MASI) and the Zubkov Brothers Architectural Workshop. During the
workshop, multidisciplinary teams developed roadmaps for the development of
specific areas, parks, squares, embankments, and entrance stele projects.
