The winners of the fourth season of the All-Russian project "TopBLOG" were announced at the National Centre RUSSIA
At the National Centre RUSSIA, the winners of the fourth
season of the All-Russian project "TopBLOG" were announced. This
initiative is part of the presidential platform "Russia — Land of Opportunity," which is being implemented since 2020 under the federal
project "Social Lifts for Everyone," a part of the national project
"Education." There are 36 participants from 23 different regions of
Russia among the most promising social media bloggers in the country.
The first
educational project for bloggers in Russia has brought together over 220,000
people in four years. Participants gain access to an educational program
led by media leaders, opportunities for experience exchange, the implementation
of collaborative creative projects with like-minded individuals, and
participation in large-scale events and blog tours across Russian regions.
The final
event of the fourth season was the grand Media Forum in Moscow, which brought
together content creators and authors who stood out the most in the
"TopBLOG" project in 2024. The bloggers were offered an
extensive business, educational, cultural, and sightseeing program. The closing
ceremony of the project’s final took place at the National Centre RUSSIA.
The content
creators were welcomed by Sergei Novikov, Chief of the Presidential Directorate
for Social Projects.
"The
'TopBLOG' project, launched by the presidential platform 'Russia — Land of
Opportunity' in 2020, helps promising authors professionally grow,
strengthening traditional Russian values and creating useful, socially-oriented
content. The people in this room are united by a global idea — to
develop blogging in Russia and inspire society, helping to shape a conscious
and responsive future for the people of our country. I’m sure that you all have
many new, bright, and powerful discoveries and achievements ahead, as well as
millions of devoted followers. I wish the 'TopBLOG' family inspiration and
further development!" said Sergei Novikov.
The
culmination of the event was the grand awards ceremony for the winners of the
fourth season of the All-Russian project "TopBLOG." This included 36
promising bloggers from 23 regions of the country, creating socially
significant content aligned with the agenda of modern Russia. Within the
framework of the competition, they worked on media cases across 12 thematic
special nominations, each presented by a major partner organization. An
additional 13 participants were awarded special prizes.
"In
the 'Special Nominations 2.0' contest, the authors showcased their work on
various topics, including science and education, sports, culture, travel,
family values, media, economics, sustainable development, and modern
technologies. For several months, the participants completed tasks set
by the partners, attended educational sessions, analyzed their target audience,
and created engaging content. I am grateful to the participants of 'TopBLOG'
and the project's partners for the love and dedication you put into developing
the blogosphere. You are the voices that influence minds and hearts, inspire
and unite people," said Andrei Betin, Executive Director of ANO
"Russia —Land of Opportunity" and Rector of Senezh Management
Workshop.
Together
with the presidential platform "Russia — Land of Opportunity,"
partners and holders of special nominations included Rosatom State Corporation,
the Presidential Academy, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the
Russian Federation, the multi-format scientific and educational project SEARCH,
the production centre INSIGHT PEOPLE, the animation studio Soyuzmultfilm, the
educational holding Skillbox, and the strategic communications consulting
agency K2.
Along with the status of winner of the first educational
project for bloggers in Russia, participants received new career opportunities
and a prize fund of over 15 million rubles from the partners. These include
blog production grants of up to one million rubles, signing resident contracts,
participation in show filming on federal TV channels, series, and advertising
campaigns, internships, and much more.
The project
partners made the participants' media internship dreams come true by presenting
"Happy Envelopes," which contained media wishes from the best
participants of the 2024 educational program of the project.
TopBLOGgers
were also congratulated by popular artists — ST, MIRAVI, MIA BOYKA, Andrei
Grizzly, Stas More, Anton Tokarev, Pasha Rudenko. The ceremony broadcast

The
National Centre RUSSIA was established by order of the President of the Russian
Federation, Vladimir Putin, to preserve the legacy of the International RUSSIA
EXPO and to showcase the achievements of the country and its citizens on a
permanent basis. Federal government agencies, state companies,
corporations, and regions take part in the Centre’s work.
The
National Centre RUSSIA is located at 14 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, Moscow. The
Centre is open from 10:00 to 20:00 every day except Monday.
The National Centre RUSSIA will host a series of presentations titled "Journey Across Russia's Gastronomic Festivals."

During the tour of the expansive exposition, the Chairman of the Government highlighted the significance of the display.
