Surfing is a huge sport subdivided into separate disciplines. Beginners can try wakesurfing, which does not require waves - they are created by the movement of the boat to which you are attached. Julia Smirnova and Anastasia Zakharova, who represent the disciplines in the Russian Surfing Federation, will give more details. The start is at 12:00 and 17:00.
SUP surfing where a paddle comes to the aid of an athlete is gaining popularity. In summer you can see SUPs even on the Moskva River, and in winter time you can try the simulators. Masterclass and competition among visitors of the exposition will be held by Julia Skrupskaya and Sofya Panova. It will start at 10:30.
A special role in the training of surfers is occupied by balance training. One of the ways is holding on a special balance board - this activity is not as simple as it might seem from the side! You can try your hand and even win prizes at 13:00, 14:00 and 18:30.
And where can you apply your skills? There are several regions in Russia that welcome surfers. Visit the presentations of Crimea (14:30), Murmansk region (15:00) and Krasnodar region (19:00) and find out the best places to conquer the waves!
