Serbian activist Vesna Veizovic will take part in the "Inventing the Future" Symposium
Investigative journalist from Serbia Vesna Veizovic will be among the foreign guests of the International Symposium "Inventing the Future." The renowned Serbian activist praised the importance of the Symposium in terms of preparing humanity for the global challenges of the future.
"I believe that the International Symposium 'Inventing the Future' will open a wide space for the exchange of ideas on how to shape a society ready for everyday challenges while preserving traditional values," said Vesna Veizovic.
At the "Inventing the Future" Symposium the foreign guest will take part in the open discussion "The Future of the Family: Involvement, Responsibility, Traditions." Experts will discuss the impact of global transformations on the family structure and relationships within the cell of society, issues of family values, traditions and education in the digital age. The participants of the discussion will try to come up with a formula for an ideal family of the future.
Other foreign speakers include John Molera, Director of Policy and Research at DD Geopolitics, Director of Legal Affairs at the Communist Party (USA), Sushma Mani, archaeologist, specialist in Buddhism, culture and history of India, and others. The creative meeting will be moderated by Nikita Pimenov, host of the program "Good Morning" on Channel One.
On July 1, 2024, President Vladimir Putin signed an order to establish the National Centre RUSSIA to preserve the legacy of the RUSSIA EXPO and showcase the country's achievements on a permanent basis.
From November 4 to 6, the National Centre RUSSIA will host the International Symposium "Inventing the Future." The participants will include scientists and researchers, futurologists and forecasters, science fiction writers, and representatives of the authorities.
The Symposium will become a unique international platform for open dialog, where the scenarios of human development and global challenges of our time will be discussed. The program includes more than 60 events in four areas: the future of human, the future of technology, the future of the multipolar world and the future of civilizations.
The event will be attended by scientists, futurologists, government and business representatives from more than 40 countries, including Austria, Argentina, India, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and others.
The Symposium program is published on the website https://future.russia.ru/. Broadcasts of the events will also be available there during the days of the Symposium.
As part of the opening of the Symposium, an exposition will be launched that will support the idea of a human-centric dialogue about the future of the world. The exposition will allow each visitor to realize the importance of personal contribution to the future.

The National Centre RUSSIA operates from Tuesday to Sunday,
from 10:00 to 22:00.
