Vladimir Putin’s route at the RUSSIA EXPO: the things the President saw first
At the Main Entrance Arch of VDNH, Vladimir Putin examined the 166-meter multimedia installation "Achievements of Russia" and the "Alley of Glory" arranged by the "Knowledge" society and dedicated to the successes of Russian athletes.
Then the head of state visited the exposition "The First in Russia — the Land of Opportunities", organized by the Russian Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the First" together with the platform "Russia — the Land of Opportunities". Eight halls are dedicated to Russia’s achievements, outstanding people and modern technologies that are changing the country. Within the walls of the pavilion, a unique interactive space has been created; thanks to Sber’s Kandinsky neural network, each visitor can create a visual projection of their dreams. The excursion for Vladimir Putin was conducted by children — participants of the "Movement of the First".
The president also got acquainted with the exposition of the Ministry of Industry and Trade "Made by Us". In 10 thematic halls there are hundreds of installations telling about the challenges faced by Russian enterprises and inventors, about modern industrial achievements in the regions.
Vladimir Putin also toured the Atom exposition pavilion. The large-scale exposition of the complex is devoted to the history of domestic nuclear physics and atomic weapons, technologies of using nuclear energy for peaceful and defense purposes.
The RUSSIA EXPO was opened on the territory of VDNH in Moscow on November 4, 2023 and will last 161 days — until April 12, 2024: from National Unity Day to Cosmonautics Day.For the first time in Russia’s modern history, all the country’s achievements are presented in one place. The exposition-forum includes 131 expositions, including stands of all 89 regions of Russia, executive authorities, state corporations, major companies and public associations.
The event will feature a presentation of a collection of essays written by participants of the international project "Open Dialogue: The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth."
