"An opportunity to visualize how multifaceted the image of Russia is": exposition was visited by the Prime Minister of Yemen
The International RUSSIA EXPO was visited by a delegation of
the Yemeni government, headed by Prime Minister Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak.
The tour began with an acquaintance with the achievements of
the Volgograd region. Then the guests were invited to the stand of the Republic
of Kalmykia, where the prime minister shot a bow, and at the stand of Pskov he
was briefed on the history of the region.
After getting acquainted with the Kursk region, he learned more about the Battle of Kursk. In addition, the prime minister was shown a geographical map of Russia and told about the peculiarities of the region during his visit to the stand of the Amur region.
The guests also walked through the immersive corridor
"Leopard Trail", where you can feel yourself in a real forest and see
the predator with your own eyes.
"Cultures of different nations, different history -
everything is brought together. It gives us an opportunity to visualize how
multifaceted the image of Russia is. We can also look into the future of this
country, because I saw how fervently the younger generation is proud of their
history. They are making big plans for the future. Thank you, I wish you all
the best and I very much hope that in the future there will be cooperation
between Russia and Yemen through such an Exposition," said Ahmed Awad bin
Mubarak.
As a memento of his visit to the Primorye region exposition,
the prime minister was presented with a model of the Golden Bridge, one of the
symbols and the main attraction of Vladivostok.
The International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important
achievements of the country gathered in one place. The Exposition is held on
the territory of VDNH in Moscow from November 4 to July 8. Visitors are
presented expositions of 89 regions of Russia, leading federal departments,
corporations and public organizations. The most convenient times for visiting
the Exposition are mornings and weekdays, but even on weekends the RUSSIA EXPO
is open to everyone. All expositions and events are free of charge.
In 2018, Russia became the country that hosted the best FIFA World Cup in history — according to the organisers themselves and fans from around the world.
More than one hundred representatives from 48 countries gathered in Moscow, at the National Centre RUSSIA, for the Open Dialogue "The Future of the World.
