The RUSSIA EXPO was awarded a special prize at the First ROSIZO "Forma-Art" Award
A solemn ceremony for the ROSIZO "Forma-Art" industry award in the field of development, curation, promotion, and architecture of museum and exposition projects was held for the first time at the National Centre RUSSIA. The International RUSSIA EXPO received a special prize.
Olga Galaktionova, the ideologist behind the prize and Director of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, noted that the "RUSSIA EXPO at VDNH raised the bar for all organizations working in this field.
"The grand RUSSIA EXPO truly became a new milestone, setting the standard for what we must strive to be — how we should design our expositions, how we must compete with ourselves," said Olga Galaktionova.
Ivan Lykoshin, Director General of ROSIZO, spoke about the importance of innovative approaches and collaboration in exposition activities.
"The RUSSIA EXPO opened a new era for all expositions in our country. We have entered a new space of approaches, technologies, and presentation of exposition venues. And I am immensely proud that the first special prize of the First 'Forma-Art' Award is awarded to such a project. And that we are now starting such a partnership with the National Centre RUSSIA," emphasized Ivan Lykoshin.
Deputy Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA Anastasia Zvyagina, on behalf of the entire team of the International RUSSIA EXPO, thanked the organizers for the special prize and expressed hope for a long and fruitful cooperation with ROSIZO.
"We created the RUSSIA EXPO together, as one big united team — literally as a whole country. Even though the timeframe for its organization was extremely tight, true teamwork made this project possible. It is thanks to this project that we are now at the National Centre RUSSIA, which was established by our President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin as a continuation of the RUSSIA EXPO. We thank our partners and friends from ROSIZO for the ideas they brought to the exposition and are now implementing at the National Centre. I am confident that many new and exciting joint projects await us," said Anastasia Zvyagina.
The main goal of the award is to recognize and highlight the achievements of professionals whose work lies in the practical realm of creating exposition displays and events. Its primary objective is to form a registry of professional and reliable companies that can be trusted and confidently entrusted with the organization of exposition spaces.
The award contributes to the development and support of the constructive side of the art industry, the identification of current trends and progressive technologies, the enhancement of prestige, and the realization of the potential of technical specialists in the museum and exposition sector. "Forma-Art" is also intended to assist the museum community in finding professional partners capable of adequately and effectively bringing to life the boldest creative ideas, regardless of their specificity, complexity, or scale.
