In the Far Eastern Federal District zone of the "Journey Across Russia" expositions, guests can see unique artifacts — two Khurde prayer wheels, crafted by Buryat artisans specifically for the National Centre RUSSIA in accordance with traditional canons. This artifact not only introduces visitors to the culture and spiritual traditions of Buryatia but also offers them the chance to "read" the mantras placed inside the wheels. Rotating the Khurde clockwise is considered equivalent to reading all the mantras within, multiplying good intentions and thoughts.

Inside the wheels, there are 250 sheets, each containing 900 mantras, totaling 225,000 mantras. These include all the main Mahayana mantras, written by the monks of the Ivolginsky Datsan — the center of the Buddhist Traditional Sangha of Russia.

Next to the prayer wheels, visitors will find gates that are an exact replica of the entrance gates of the Ivolginsky Datsan.

The "Journey Across Russia" exposition is a large-scale project covering all federal districts of the country. Each district is represented through artifacts that tell the story of its history, traditions, and innovations. Spanning over 3,000 square meters, the exposition allows visitors to explore the cultural heritage, natural riches, and modern achievements of Russia. Interactive displays and cutting-edge technologies, including VR and AR, offer an immersive experience, allowing guests to "travel" to different corners of the country.
