"Sound of Eurasia" — concert on March 9 at the RUSSIA EXPO
Ula and Danya Voronkov (Moscow), UZORITSA (Bashkortostan),
Veronika Usholik (Chukotka) and OYME (Mordovia) will perform on the Main Street
Stage of the Exposition. Ula in collaboration with Danya Voronkov and UZORITSA
will perform Russian folklore music in dance arrangements.
Careful processing and reinterpretation of authentic song
material is the motto of both bands. Veronika Usholik, the golden voice of
Chukotka, will immerse the audience in the magical musical tradition of the
peoples of the North. The Finno-Ugric band OYME and its leader - mentor of the
project Ezhevika Spirkina - will swirl in a round dance of Mordovian melodies.
The ethno-creative musical project "Sound of
Eurasia" promotes modern ethnic music of our great country. All
participants of the project are united by their love for ethnics, aspiration to
understand and enrich traditional culture with the help of modern arrangements
and instruments.

The series of educational lectures held as part of the architectural exposition "The Birth of Scale" continues to attract full audiences.
As part of the original educational project of the National Centre RUSSIA "Thursday. Development", a meeting will be held on May 24 dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of Mikhail Sholokhov.
The "Fantastic City" workshop by the HSE University School of Design took place on May 22 in the art classroom of "The Birth of Scale" exposition at the National Centre RUSSIA.
