The flower
garden immerses us in the culture of the Mari people. The center of the
composition is the Tree of Life, the image of Mother Nature. Mari gusli "kӱsle", bagpipes "shӱvyr" and drum "tӱmyr" set the rhythm. The green
smoothness of the lawn is a symbol of the breadth of the Mari region. The
images of dancing men and women symbolize the beginning of life's journey,
national belts made of flowers symbolize the intertwining of nature and traditions,
each element of the dance symbolizes the connection with ancestors.
Small architectural forms "Tree of Life", "Belts", figures of dancing Mari people are used in the flower garden. The centerpiece of the composition is a mini-copy of the monument "Tree of Life" from the capital of the republic.
Gazania
became the symbol-flower of the region at the RUSSIA EXPO. It is called "African
daisy", and daisy is a native flower growing in the fields of the
republic, a symbol of the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity. Gazania is a sun
flower, a symbol of the sun - it is found in the ornaments of the Mari people.
Along with the RUSSIA EXPO, the flower festival is also coming to an end.
The "Future in Flowers" festival continues at the RUSSIA EXPO, where unique flowerbeds from all regions of our country can be seen at the "Space" pavilion until July 8.
