Peterhof dawn. Saint Petersburg
In this amazing flower garden, every corner embodies the greatness of Saint Petersburg. The central element is a model of the main cascade of fountains at Peterhof, towering above everything else. Next to the fountain is the figure of Samson, epitomizing the strength and power of the city, overcoming all obstacles, even the strongest ones, symbolized by the lion.
The shrubs
are represented by boxwood, rhododendrons, and roses, creating a harmonious
combination of decorative foliage and the beauty of flowering. The flower
compositions amaze with their diversity and brightness, blooming under the
sunlight like pearls on the chest of the great city. This flower garden is not
just a composition of plants; it is the history and beauty of Saint Petersburg,
embodied in living greenery and flowers.
The floral
composition includes geraniums, begonias, lobelias, and alyssum, as well as
violas. This decorative plant from the violet family blooms from April to
October. Its common name is pansies. Viola is a cold-resistant plant that
delights with its first flowers in April. By Victory Day, the city is adorned
with viola flower beds: near memorials, in squares, gardens, and parks. Flowers
are used to create St. George ribbons, stars, and other compositions.
Along with the RUSSIA EXPO, the flower festival is also coming to an end.
The "Future in Flowers" festival continues at the RUSSIA EXPO, where unique flowerbeds from all regions of our country can be seen at the "Space" pavilion until July 8.
The RUSSIA EXPO concludes on July 8, and with it, the flower festival will also come to an end.
