Bird of happiness. Arkhangelsk region
Pomorie is a land of ancient and new history, original culture of Pomors and white stone monasteries. It is the birthplace of Lomonosov and the Russian Navy, the land where polar bears and Arctic foxes live. The project reflects the whole versatility of the Arkhangelsk region and shows that despite the harsh climate and scarcity of local flora, the North is filled with bright events, rich traditions and warmth of hearts.
Shipbuilding,
timber processing, diamond mining, Arctic exploration — these are the
foundations on which the future of the Arkhangelsk region is built. In the
project these industries are reflected in the form of art objects: models of
ships, nuclear submarine, diamond, space rocket, churches and wooden houses.
The symbol
of our region is the wood chip bird of happiness, which formed the basis of the
tourist brand of the Arkhangelsk region and became the central element of the
flower garden.
Along with the RUSSIA EXPO, the flower festival is also coming to an end.
The "Future in Flowers" festival continues at the RUSSIA EXPO, where unique flowerbeds from all regions of our country can be seen at the "Space" pavilion until July 8.
The RUSSIA EXPO concludes on July 8, and with it, the flower festival will also come to an end.
