Golden Ring. Yaroslavl region
Yaroslavl is the oldest city on the Volga River, the capital of the Golden Ring of
Russia. The city of golden domes and monasteries, interesting tourist routes
and bright cultural events.
The image of the Golden Ring of Russia is embodied in the form of a modern circular panel of metal with a pattern in the unique technique of Rostov enamel. In the openwork foam of blue Faassen's catnip, the viewer will see the river expanse of the Volga, on the banks of which the cities of the region are spread out. One of the
most important plants for the region is the rose. It is a traditional symbol of
monastery gardens: the flower thorns remind believers of Christ's crown of
thorns, and its luxurious beauty symbolizes paradise life. In the Holy
Scriptures, the rose is mentioned when describing the character of God: "...And though He may be as harsh as
lightning, He can also be more tender than a rose petal... ".
Along with the RUSSIA EXPO, the flower festival is also coming to an end.
The "Future in Flowers" festival continues at the RUSSIA EXPO, where unique flowerbeds from all regions of our country can be seen at the "Space" pavilion until July 8.
