will be offered to guests of the RUSSIA EXPO at the House of Russian Cuisine on
February 21.

We will go
on a real gastronomic cruise "Native Shores" and learn the secrets of
cooking original dishes of the Russian regions, where the river voyages take
place. Brand-chef of the Vodokhod' cruise company Rustam Mamedov will
demonstrate his culinary skills and tell about the best recipes from the coast
of the White Sea, the great Russian rivers - Volga and Yenisei.
The program
includes a masterclass on cooking and tasting of dishes "Polar
pontoon" and "Siberian dessert from taiga berry with pine nuts".
