Trout, smoked bream and marbled beef: true delicacies await guests at the Farmers Fair
The International RUSSIA EXPO continues to delight with vibrant flavors from across the country. This week, from June 25 to 30, Pavilion No. 48 will offer the chance to taste fish and meat delicacies, cheeses, berry and fruit products, as well as beautiful and delicious printed gingerbread.
In the Orenburg region, bream is preferred among all types of fish, known for its beneficial properties and incredible taste due to the natural climatic conditions of the Iriklinsky Reservoir. Visitors to the Exposition can savor its tender, high-fat meat, especially the smoked bream. It is also a completely natural product, grown in ecologically favorable conditions, distinguished by the absence of a muddy smell, thanks to the environment with flowing drinking water in the reservoir where the bream lives. Additionally, the brand "Fish Yard" offers to try the tender lightly salted trout, rich in microelements, minerals, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids.
Meat lovers will not be disappointed either. The Moscow-based "Meat Artel Velemi" has brought meat delicacies, semi-finished products and sausages to the fair. Everything is prepared by hand without chemical additives and fillers, with reduced animal fat and salt content, and smoked only naturally on beech chips.
The family company of the Sharkovs "Pappatoria" will also delight with meat — a small artisanal production located in the picturesque, ecologically clean village of Komsomolsky, Belgorod district, Belgorod region. Guests can try Prosciutto, Coppa, Lomo, Bresaola, Cecina, Fuet, Magret and other sausages made according to Italian and Spanish recipes. Unlike most European and local producers, no flavor enhancers or moisture retainers are used, and the noble mold for the cellar where the sausages mature was introduced more than five years ago from Spanish ham. As a result, the finished products boast a more complex taste and a bright aroma.
Healthy and delicious sweets are provided by the already familiar and beloved brand "Delicious from Crimea". For over 6 years, their farms in Crimea have been growing raspberries, jujube, almonds and hazelnuts, and in 2020, they planted peaches. The remaining raw materials are purchased from reliable partners and are 100% grown in Crimea. All this is done so that every resident of our country can try the tastiest berry and fruit products: fruit chips, dried and sun-dried raspberries, berry mixes. All products are an ideal option for healthy eating for buyers of all ages.
The fair also features products from the confectionery factory "LeVal Cake" from the Moscow region - gingerbread with edible prints on icing with a variety of designs. The range includes six flavors: classic, mint, chocolate, lavender, lemon, pepper. You can sample the flavors and treat yourself and your loved ones to a bright and sweet gift.
In addition, guests will find a wide variety of cheeses, dairy products and nut desserts as always.
