Guests of the RUSSIA EXPO will be able to try on a spacesuit like Yuri Gagarin's

On April 12, Cosmonautics Day will be celebrated in the VEB.RF pavilion "Cities for Life Come True" (No. 59). The guests of the exposition will be transported to the era of great achievements and learn more about the first human space flight.
From 12:00 to 18:00, everyone will be able to try on a real suit and spacesuit used in the training of astronauts. Yuri Gagarin made his legendary space flight in such a spacesuit. Guests of the pavilion will have an opportunity to touch history and take a memorable photo.
At 18:00, VEB.RF invites visitors of the exposition to an interactive lecture "The First Flight: New and Old About Y.A. Gagarin's 108 Minutes". Why the flight lasted not 108, but 106 minutes, how the USSR told the world about this event in the conditions of maximum secrecy? The guests will learn about this and much more at the lecture by Pavel Gaiduk, Senior Researcher of the Interdisciplinary Projects Department of the Polytechnic Museum.
