The legendary Il-96 airplane will be assembled in virtual reality by visitors to the Voronezh region’s stand at the International RUSSIA EXPO.

The Voronezh exposition will be based on modern technologies. The stand itself will look like an interactive black cube — a "teleporter". It will take the guests of the exposition to the Voronezh land, where it will present the achievements of the region. For example, the legendary Il-96, on board of which the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin travels.

The guests will be able to create the wide-body Il-96 airplane, which is manufactured at the Voronezh Aircraft Plant, on their own in an interactive format. The stand will also tell about the rocket engine which allowed to send the first man into space. It, as well as other industrial products, was manufactured in the Voronezh region.

The exposition will also mark the success of the Voronezh region in agriculture. The region occupies one of the leading positions in this industry in the whole country and is ahead of the rest in organic farming.

The International RUSSIA EXPO will be held in Moscow at the VDNH from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024. Each region of the Russian Federation will present its stand, where it will introduce visitors to the key achievements in various industries. Federal authorities, representatives of large corporations, public associations and foreign countries will also take part in the exposition.
