When love becomes a story: couples reveal why they dream of getting married at the All-Russian Wedding Festival
What could
be better than a beautiful wedding? Only a wedding at the All-Russian Wedding
Festival! Participants in the upcoming ceremony are convinced — this is the
best way to begin their family life, connect with like-minded people and feel
part of a united country that believes in love and cherishes traditional
values.
Vyacheslav
Dronov from Kaluga had dreamed for a whole year of marrying his dear Anastasia
Isakova at the III All-Russian Wedding Festival — ever since attending the
previous festival as a guest. In 2025, his mother and father were married at
the event. Vyacheslav was so taken by the festive atmosphere that he persuaded
his bride to follow in his parents' footsteps — and Slava and Nastya's
application to take part in the festival was the very first one submitted.
Among the
participants are couples inspired to take part in the III All-Russian Wedding
Festival by the example of friends and relatives. These include Anton Borisov
and Maria Kuznetsova from St Petersburg. Last year, their friends were married
at the festival. After their glowing reviews and magical photographs, Anton and
Maria developed a dream — to become husband and wife at this very event.
"For
us, relationships mean support, partnership and the ability to get through
difficult situations with a sense of humour. We also want to build our shared
future together. That is why we decided to take this important step in our
lives — to become a family. Why do we want to get married specifically at the
III All-Russian Wedding Festival 'Russia. Uniting Hearts'? It feels very
symbolic to say 'I do' to each other on the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity,
surrounded by other couples who are also ready to open a new chapter in their
lives," say Anton and Maria.
Going to
the III All-Russian Wedding Festival "Russia. Uniting Hearts" is a
cherished dream for Vladislav Cherepanov and Karina Kazakova from the Altai
Territory. The young couple have been in love since school, and they decided to
start a family after Vladislav returned from the army. He proposed to his
beloved one on the very day he came back.
"We
are getting married at the III All-Russian Wedding Festival — it feels amazing!
We can't wait and really want to be there. We'll have something to tell our
children and grandchildren in the future," say Vladislav and Karina.
The Altai
couple's feeling is shared by Alexei Sorokin and Anastasia Tarasova from
Chelyabinsk. According to the future newlyweds, the festival format perfectly
matches the scale of their feelings and plans for the future.
"We
want to get married at the III All-Russian Wedding Festival because our
wedding, like Russia itself, is huge, heartfelt and grand. We don't want a
standard registry office ceremony and a boring wedding buffet. We want to
connect with the traditions that unite us. It is an honour for us to represent
our home region on 8 July at the festival. We will also bring our sincere
laughter and our surnames, which will become one," share Alexei and
Anastasia.
For many
couples, the All-Russian Wedding Festival is an unforgettable experience — an
event they will want to tell not only their friends about, but also their
children and grandchildren. Ayur Mandzhiev and Gerel Erendzhenova from the
Republic of Kalmykia are eagerly awaiting their trip to Moscow and believe it
will be awesome!
"We
really want to get married at the III All-Russian Wedding Festival at the
National Centre RUSSIA. For us, this is a major event. We are sure it will be
fantastic, and we will remember it because we love everything unusual and
unconventional. Later, we will show our children, grandchildren and
great-grandchildren — look, your parents were in Moscow for their marriage
registration!" say Ayur and Gerel.
A dream
wedding is one where you can share your joy with like-minded people and with an
entire country. That is why couples from different regions of Russia are so
eager to be part of this event.
Maxim
Kuzmenko and Polina Tkachenko from the picturesque town of Tulun on Lake Baikal
see their small family as part of the larger family of Russia.
"For
us, family is first and foremost a source of love, joy and happiness, where
respect and care reign between partners. We want to begin our family's story
specifically at the National Centre RUSSIA, because this is a place where the
traditions, culture and achievements of all regions of the country come
together. Taking part in the All-Russian Wedding Festival is a symbol that our
love is something greater, and our family is a contribution to the country's
future. After all, our love, like Russia, is big, strong and infinite,"
say Maxim and Polina.
Anton
Alpyspayev and Daria Raskatova from the Kurgan Region dream of getting married
at the festival in order to make their personal celebration part of a grand
all-Russian event: "We want to get married at the III All-Russian Wedding
Festival at the National Centre RUSSIA, because for us it is not just a
beautiful ceremony, but an opportunity to become part of a major event that
unites couples from across the country. It is important to us that our wedding
day is filled with a special atmosphere. And the National Centre RUSSIA is
exactly the place where dreams come true. We are proud of our country and want
our family journey to begin right in the heart of Russia."
Alexander
Kashirin and Ksenia Vyarya from the Republic of Karelia dream of celebrating
their wedding as a shared celebration with participants from across the
country. They emphasise that the opportunity to spend their wedding day among
like-minded people is priceless.
"At
the All-Russian Wedding Festival, couples from all over the country will come
together — so we will have a shared celebration. We are interested in meeting
newlyweds from other regions and celebrating this important date together. 8
July is the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, and it is wonderful to share this
date with other people who love just as deeply, value just as much and cherish
each other just as dearly," say Alexander and Ksenia.

The journey along the Irtysh allowed each couple to see for themselves that they are a true team.
