The Ministry of Health of Russia hosted a New Year's Eve live broadcast "To do all the things of the world and not go crazy, or How to catch the New Year mood".
In the live broadcast, psychiatrist, psychotherapist of the V.P. Serbsky National Medical Center of Psychiatry and Narcology of the Russian Ministry of Health Alana Baeva told what to do if you don't have New Year mood and how to stop being nervous in the New Year rush.
