Pavilion E "Made by Us" of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade has its own mascot. It is the brave puppy Promik, whose image was developed with the help of artificial intelligence and presented at the contest by 15-year-old Valeria Shchukina.
In December, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade held a creative contest: everyone was invited to design and draw a symbol of the "Made by Us" pavilion. Participants from all over the country sent dozens of works. The winner was 15-year-old Valeria Shchukina from Tuapse, who generated her character using a neural network. Her symbol is a puppy, the child's friend, who is portrayed as a worker with a warm heart.
Promik is a hereditary industrialist: his dad designs trains and his mom sews clothes for children, which is why he has a great nose for new ideas and a keen eye for quality. He actively works in the quality control departments of various production facilities. The puppy is depicted in professional outfit: orange protective suit, helmet with flashlight and special ammunition are his indispensable attributes for safe and efficient work.
Promik was presented at the "Made by Us" pavilion on Industry Day, and the winner won a three-day industrial trip to the Chelyabinsk region.
