The RUSSIA EXPO told how to successfully go through job interviews
On May 2, a marathon dedicated to labor and professions of
the future "Peace, Labor, May... Business!" was held in the pavilion
No. 55 "Home of Youth". Visitors learned how to build a career and go
through job interviews in the right way.
"I hope that all our today's listeners received a lot
of useful knowledge for themselves, which they will be able to apply both in
professional activities and simply in different life situations," said
profiler, head of ANO "Research Center for Corporate Security",
author of books on profiling Anna Kulik.
The expert also spoke about the process of personnel
selection. It is necessary to observe a person, the way they answer questions
at the interview. In addition, it is important not to take the words for
granted, but to look at the body language. It is also necessary to look at all
available data about the potential employee or partner in public sources of
information.
"If you are to be interviewed, and you understand that
you will be analyzed, then I will give the main advice — do not read advice on
the Internet, behave naturally, study information about the organization in
advance and be sure to agree on concepts and terminology before the
negotiations. And most importantly — don't be afraid! And finally an important tip:
if the body contradicts the words, then believe the body," emphasized Anna
Kulik.
Irina Shataeva, the head of the #Context educational program
for specialists who work with youth, noted that she has 15 years of organizing
events and project management under her belt, so she would like to share her
experience accumulated over the years: "Today I told the young people what
it means to love your work and how to make an event unforgettable. Namely: how
to organize an event, take care of the participants, fill the event with
meaning. It is necessary to expand your vision all your life, to learn
something new".

territory of VDNH in Moscow from November 4 to July 8. Visitors are presented
