Tajikistan’s representative determined his performance order at the International Music Contest "Intervision"

Tajikistan’s representative Farrukh Khasanov will perform eleventh at the International Music Contest "Intervision". The draw took place on 12 September at the National Centre RUSSIA.

"I feel that I was really lucky today, because we got exactly the number we wanted — 11. I believe this is a wonderful number. It is right in the middle among all participants. This gives me the opportunity to analyse the performances before mine, to draw certain conclusions before going on stage. Therefore, I think luck is on our side, and this makes me happy," said Farrukh Khasanov.

He stressed that "Intervision" is a remarkable and large-scale celebration. According to him, Russia welcomes a huge number of representatives from different countries and greets everyone with a smile.

"We have already tried delicious Russian pancakes, and I am simply happy. I live in this moment, enjoying the fact that I am part of such a grand event. In my life, I have travelled to many places, since I love travelling. And I always say the same thing: Moscow is one of my favourite cities. So many cultures are gathered here, many languages are spoken, different religions are represented, and all this brings people together. Moscow is very bright, multifaceted, full of colours, and I love brightness and the variety of moods," the singer continued. "I adore this country, every time I come here with great pleasure and I see huge prospects for myself in the creative field. I try to develop here, to find my audience. Right now, we are looking for events, and so far, everything is going perfectly."

The singer and songwriter Farrukh Khasanov, one of the brightest representatives of Tajikistan’s young music scene, will present a new song titled "Burn!". The track continues the artist’s creative line, based on sincerity and national identity. Khasanov became famous thanks to covers he performed in video chats. His songs "In the Morning", "Modar", "Leyli" and "Sheila" found a response among listeners not only in Tajikistan but also beyond. In addition, the artist became the winner of the popular Russian TV show "Nu-ka, vse vmeste!" ("All Together Now").
