Angara region will become a "golden link" at the RUSSIA EXPO
"Irkutsk region is the golden link of Russia" — this is the slogan chosen by the region for presentation at the International RUSSIA EXPO.
"The Angara region really deserves the definition of "golden link". It reminds us that the region is a treasure trove of mineral resources, world reserves of clean water, forest wealth, legendary cities, and much more. Our slogan expresses gratitude to all residents of the region who create national values day in and day out", — explained Igor Kobzev, the governor of the Irkutsk region.
It will be possible to visit the bottom of Lake Baikal and join excursions to local industrial and cultural sites at the region’s stand. All thanks to virtual reality technologies. And on the Day of the Irkutsk region extensive business and cultural programs are planned.
The International RUSSIA EXPO will be held in Moscow on the territory of VDNH from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024. Each region of the Russian Federation will present its stand, where it will introduce visitors to key achievements in various industries.
The programme of the performers includes folk songs, lyrical compositions and original musical pieces.
