RUSSIA EXPO to offer trips on a nuclear-powered icebreaker
Guests of the International RUSSIA EXPO will be able to travel on the "Yamal" nuclear icebreaker. Such an opportunity will appear thanks to the technologies of the stand of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area.
A special feature of the region’s exposition will be an art object made of LED screens symbolizing a gas flame. The guests will have an opportunity to find themselves inside the unique object, where a multimedia show about the past, present and future of Yamal awaits them. Visitors can control the elements or take a trip on the Yamal nuclear icebreaker.
"Our stand will showcase the beauty of Yamal, key oil and gas, infrastructure projects, both active and prospective. We will also tell about the outstanding discoverers who came to explore Yamal from different parts of the country and made a huge contribution to the development of the region and Russia. We want to show the threads that connect us with every corner of our homeland", — said Dmitry Artyukhov, Governor of the region.
The International RUSSIA EXPO will be held in Moscow at the VDNH territory from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024. Each region of the Russian Federation will present its stand, where it will introduce visitors to the key achievements in various industries.
