The power of art: young talents on the Main Stage of the RUSSIA EXPO
The best
children's and youth groups and soloists from Moscow and the Moscow region
performed for the guests of the RUSSIA EXPO. The Main Street Stage of the
International RUSSIA EXPO hosted a concert of the "Power of Art"
series organized by the "Tertia" Center for Contemporary Art as part
of the All-Russian Festival Movement.
The concert
was attended by the leading creative team of Moscow "Anastasia Blokhina's
Association of Plastics and Dance", "Carousel" Dance Theater,
"Zhar-Ptitsa" ("Firebird") Dance Studio Theater, Taisiya
Gordonova, the leading creative collective of Moscow "Planet of
Dreams", "Constellation" pop-sports dance collective, ANIMA
dance studio, "Heritage" House of Dance, exemplary studio of modern
choreography "SET", Nina Vittoria Onorato, VOCAL.LAB and
"Lance" Choreographic Collective.
"I
believe that such a large-scale and major event as the RUSSIA EXPO is a great
opportunity for creative teams and performers to prove themselves. This is a
very important and valuable experience, it is incredibly honorable to perform
at such venues. Today, the best performers and groups from Moscow and the
Moscow region, residents of our festival movement, which bears the same name as
today's concert - "Power of Art" - are performing on the main stage
of the Exposition. These are selected groups that have already demonstrated
their high level within the framework of our other events," said Anastasia
Getmanenko, Director of the "Tertia" Center for Contemporary Art.
She paid
special attention to the grandiosity of the RUSSIA EXPO and noted its
importance and relevance.
"The
Exposition is a magnificent and grandiose event that demonstrates how rich our
country is in talents and how wide its opportunities are. During the whole
period of the Exposition's operation, its already intense program is constantly
being replenished, new meanings are being born and new ideas are being
implemented within the framework of the Exposition. I consider the Exposition
to be an excellent project, 100% reflecting the possibilities of our
country," Anastasia Getmanenko emphasized.
The first event to be held at the Russia National Centre, which is being established by the order of President Vladimir Putin, will be the International Science Fiction Symposium and Exhibition "Inventing the Future". The symposium will take place from November 4 to 6.
Tomorrow, the International RUSSIA EXPO will conclude its work. From November 2023 to July 2024, it was visited by more than 18 million guests.
Every day, for eight months, the RUSSIA EXPO delighted guests and gave unforgettable emotions.
