Krasnodar region’s stand at the RUSSIA EXPO was included in the new documentary project of Roscosmos
The Kuban exposition became a filming location for the new project "Cosmic Russia".
"Cosmic Russia" project is a series of popular science films in which Roscosmos Media Production shows cities from unexpected angles. We will see how space is reflected in architecture, modern art, people and even the economy," said Vasily Vorobyov, head of the Krasnodar Region Department of Business Development and Foreign Economic Activity.
The creators of the movie project dedicated the first episode to the cradle of cosmonautics - the city of Kaluga. In 2024 they plan to release four more episodes of "Space Russia". Their "protagonists" will be Sochi, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Kavminvody.
Travel series became a continuation of the project "I said: "Let's go!", which was launched a year ago on the Telegram platform. In it, Roscosmos together with famous actors told how it is possible to travel to Russian cosmodromes in an affordable and interesting way.
At the RUSSIA EXPO, the Krasnodar region's stand became a meeting place for space enthusiasts. A lecture on the mysteries of the universe was delivered by Igor Afanasiev, a well-known Russian journalist.
The International RUSSIA EXPO is being held in Moscow at VDNH. You can visit the stand of the Krasnodar region from 10 in the morning to 10 in the evening.
