Probiotic cheeses, healthy chips and chocolate truffles await guests of the RUSSIA EXPO
Until May
5, at the Farmers Fair in Pavilion 48, you can taste meat and fish products
from all corners of our country. As well as unique craft cheeses, natural
quality chocolate, chips and pastila made of fruits and berries.
The founder
of the family cheese factory Maria Koldaeva from the Vladimir region again
brought to the Fair the cheeses that have already become everyone's favorite,
cooked on yogurt cultures with the addition of probiotics. In this way, the
cheeses are better and longer stored, easier to withstand temperature
fluctuations, it is possible to produce cheese from whole fat milk without
flaws in flavor and consistency.
And also,
such cheese is more tender and creamy, has a creamy texture, and some varieties
of cheese can even be spread like butter. But the main thing is that yogurt
cultures with probiotics help restore the stomach and healthy microflora, have
a beneficial effect on sleep and the nervous system.
The Moscow
region will once again please with its cheeses. The local cheese factory has
been making cheeses with blue and white mold, hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses
with all kinds of additives for several years.
Belgorod
region presented artisan cheeses made of cow and goat milk with natural cheese
crust. All products are ripened in the natural cellars of the cheese factory
and in the chalk cellars of the Kholkovsky male Holy Trinity Monastery.
Sweet
lovers will not be disappointed either. It will be possible to try unique fruit
chips and pastila from the Irkutsk region. The brand's assortment also includes
honey, teas and herbs, dried berries, mushrooms and nuts.
And if your
favorite sweet is primarily chocolate, then the Moscow region brand can offer a
hundred percent natural product made by Bean-to-Bar technology, which means
strict quality control and a short composition of cocoa beans and cane sugar.
For
chocolate and other sweets, the cocoa beans are imported from Venezuela and
Madagascar: nutty and even tobacco notes can be detected in them. Special
equipment is used to grind the beans. The process of making chocolate is not
quick. Cocoa beans and sugar can take up to 70 hours to grind, but it is worth
it - the flavor of chocolate becomes more delicate and velvety, almost silky
with every minute. The finished chocolate shimmers with a whole range of
flavors with hints of berries, flowers, honey and fruit.
Not so long
ago, the brand's chocolate collection was enriched with amazing cheese
truffles, juicy orange candied fruits, bars of buckwheat and strawberry
