National folklore holiday "Shumbrat" to be held in Moscow

On June 19, the national folklore holiday "Shumbrat, Moscow!" will take place on the grounds of the International RUSSIA EXPO at VDNH in Moscow. Guests can look forward to a rich cultural program.
The festival will open on the Main Street Stage with a gala concert featuring creative ensembles from Moscow and the Moscow region. The concert begins at 14:00. At 17:30, there will be an ethnographic fashion show presenting collections of national costumes by the ethno-art theater "Varma." Immediately after, there will be a theatrical parade of national groups from the Republic of Mordovia, Moscow and the Moscow region.
The official part of the event will start at 18:30 with the prologue "We Are All Russia!". At 19:00, a concert featuring creative ensembles and artists from the Republic of Mordovia will take place.
Throughout the event, the "Craftsmen's Mordovia" area at VDNH will host masterclasses on traditional crafts and trades from the Republic of Mordovia.
