The installation of displays for the new exposition "Journey Across Russia" continues at the National Centre RUSSIA
Construction
work and the installation of displays for the new project "Journey Across
Russia" are ongoing at the National Centre RUSSIA. This unique exposition,
dedicated to the natural beauty and achievements of our country, will open on
March 1.
During the
tour, visitors will be able to take a journey from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad.
The National Centre will showcase each federal district of the country. Video
content, infographics, decorations, photo zones, and VR technologies will
create a fully immersive experience — a true journey across Russia.
In the Far
East exposition, guests will be able to enjoy the sound of ocean waves, see sea
lions and whales on the Shantar Islands, and visit the Far Eastern taiga. The
Siberia exposition will offer a walk through vast forests, a chance to relax by
the Turquoise Katun, and a view of the legendary Baikal. In the Ural section,
visitors will be greeted by the Mistress of the Copper Mountain, inviting them
to explore the depths of the land and witness its immense riches. Meanwhile,
the Volga region exposition will provide an opportunity to explore the rich
artistic traditions and crafts of local peoples.
The Central
Federal District will be represented by a route through the Golden Ring and
cities of the future, featuring advanced medicine, smart infrastructure, and
other technologies. The North Caucasus will introduce visitors to the jewel of
the Republic of Dagestan — the Samur Forest — through living plant, as well as
showcase unique household items. In the exposition of the Southern Federal
District and the reunited regions, guests will learn about the most significant
sporting events in Russia’s modern history and see artifacts — precise replicas
of archaeological finds from excavations in Chersonesos, representing material
culture from antiquity and the early Middle Ages.
The
exposition of the Northwestern Federal District and the Arctic will feature an
immersive zone with ice and snow, a panoramic screen displaying the northern
lights, the "Dancing Forest" installation, a replica of the Marble
Canyon, and other displays.
The
"Journey Across Russia" project will combine exposition and
gastronomic spaces, along with a rich cultural and educational program, and
much more.
