A garden on the forest edge. Bryansk region
The Bryansk region is located on the border of three countries.
Interesting and heroic past, dynamically developing economy of the present,
carefully preserved cultural traditions - all this allows us to look
confidently into the future. The region's pride is its nature, its forests,
which occupy one third of its territory. There are 240 rare plant species in
Bryansk region.
The Bryansk exposition uses natural materials: soil, gravel, moss, bark. In the center of the flowerbed there is a tree symbolizing the famous Bryansk forests. And to the side of it there is a bicycle. The Bryansk region has a developed industry. For example, every second bicycle produced in the country is a product of the Zhukovsky Bicycle-Motor Plant.
The crown of the tree consists of many flowers, they are planted around
the perimeter of the flowerbed and under the tree. The flora of the Bryansk
region is distinguished by a great diversity of communities and counts 1400
species of plants. These are mainly representatives of coniferous and
coniferous-broadleaved forests, meadow steppes, mainland and floodplain
meadows. A large number of rare and medicinal plants grow in the region. Some
of them are bright and eye-catching, while others attract the eye with their
quiet beauty.
